I always wanted to play guitar - I don't know why anymore. I got my first electric guitar after 2 years of playing classical guitar and haven't let go since.
What fascinates you about the guitar?
The possibility to share feelings and emotions with the guitar without words and the infinite number of different sounds you can create with it keeps fascinating me.
What has helped you the most when practising?
I like to combine practising with playing and listening to songs, from which I then build exercises. And the metronome!
What do you pay particular attention to when teaching?
It's important to me to keep the fun in first place. Finding songs that you can play quickly, that you like and from which you learn (sometimes unconsciously) new techniques and tricks.
What has been your greatest experience as a musician so far?
That's a difficult question, because I've had very nice experiences with all kinds of bands. But the greatest moments are the ones when I get the feeling of becoming one with the music on stage.
On which equipment do you prefer to play?
I love playing with my Gosia Stonecaster through a Supro amp. I can play almost any style with it.
What else is important to you in your life besides music?
I love doing sports and spending nice evenings with my friends.
