BandCamp for School Classes

Would you like to create an experience with your class that strengthens your group dynamic? Try something new while working creatively together? Ideally a project filled with music and lasting memories?

Then our BandCamp is exactly the right fit for you. We offer an experience where students take on the challenges of being in a band together, try out different instruments, work on songs as a team and grow together as a group. No previous musical experience is required.

During the workshop, important skills such as teamwork, focus, listening and self-confidence are encouraged in a practical and engaging way. At the end, the bands perform their songs in a small concert – an experience with a lasting impact.

Do you have a specific idea or special requirements for your class? We are happy to tailor the BandCamp to your needs and, upon request, we can also organise snacks and refreshments during the workshop.

• Do students need previous musical experience?
• No. Ideally, some students may already have some experience with an instrument, but this is absolutely not required. We adapt the level of difficulty to match the experience and abilities of the class.
• What exactly happens during the workshop?

• The basic idea is that your class chooses a song together, arranges it, rehearses it and performs it. There can also be jam sessions with plenty of room for creativity – or even the opportunity to compose your own song.

  You are completely flexible when it comes to forming the bands. Smaller groups such as vocals and guitar are possible, as well as larger bands including drums, bass, guitars, brass instruments and keyboards.

• How long does the workshop last?
• We are happy to adapt the duration to your schedule and ideas. Depending on your wishes and programme, the BandCamp can take place over one or several days. For the best experience, we generally recommend at least three hours per workshop day.
• When can the workshop take place?
• The best option is to contact us directly with your preferred dates. Weekday mornings are especially suitable for school classes, as the entire location is then exclusively available for your group. Other times are also possible and can be arranged individually.
• What about food and drinks?

• We are happy to adapt to your needs. Water is always available during the workshop and students are welcome to bring their own food and snacks.

  Upon request, we can also organise a small snack break for your class.

• Where does the workshop take place?

• The workshop takes place at our facilities at Helsinki-Strasse 7 in Münchenstein, Switzerland. Our fully equipped studios provide a modern and inspiring environment. To plan your route directly, click here.

• Costs?
• We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote. Costs depend on the number of students, the workshop duration, the number of songs to prepare and the desired refreshments. For smaller groups, BandCamp is available starting from CHF 670.-.
